PAYMENT DETAILS

✿ Payment via Hipolink with PayPal virtual card as a preferred method (pdf tutorial how to create it), 3DS card or PayPal invoice (not recommended because of huge service fee)
✿ 100% prepayment after sketch, but payment plan acceptable in some cases
✿ I don’t refund payments (exception if I can’t finish your commission, the refund amount depends on the stage of work)

USAGE RIGHTS

✿ The commissioner owns personal usage rights to the illustration, so you can use it as an icon/print/etc, but the commissioner can't use the illustration for commercial profit without permission and extra payment
✿ I can use the illustration as a personal advertisement, content for patron subscribers and post the illustration on my social media, if you didn't pay for a private commission option

✿ I share every stage of the process and ask for clarification if needed
✿ Please don’t forget to give feedback after receiving a WIP - whether everything is okay or if you’d like any edits
✿ English is not my first language, please don't use slang and abbreviation words
✿ Discord notifications sometimes fail for me, so if I don’t reply within 1-2 days, feel free to contact me on X or Bluesky

✿ As a default working routine I don't have a deadlines, because I get sick fairly often :(
But I always do my best to finish as fast as possible! If you have a deadline, please let me know in advance
✿ If anything unexpected happens, I’ll inform you right away
✿ My social media content is scheduled in advance, so after starting your commission I usually focus most of my working time on it

FREE OPTIONS

✿ Public reviews are very appreciated! They genuinely make me happy and help future clients trust me as an artist. You can leave a feedback at my Discord server (Link to the server)
✿ You can also leave a feedback anonymously and without registration, if you don’t want your name to be seen (Link to the anonymous form)
✿ If you’re an artist, you can draw me a small quick sketch of Luni! I’ll feature your artwork in a public gallery along with links to your social media (Link to gallery)

TIPS AND GIFTS

✿ After the commission is finished, if you’re very happy with the result, you can leave a tip of any amount (the same way as you’ve paid)
✿ I’d also really appreciate a Discord Nitro subscription. Without Nitro, it can sometimes be difficult for me to send high-resolution artwork because of file size limits, so Nitro would make my service more convenient
✿ You can gift me cosmetic profile items from Discord wishlist, if you want to make my account more pretty and cozy :)
